What is the cost of the website?

There is NO CHARGE for your order portal. It part of what makes us different and…..EZ!!

Once our online store is set-up, can we order any time?

No, your store will be open for a set period of time, usually 2 weeks. Most schools run 2 sales per year, in Fall and Spring.

How long does it take to set up our store?

Once you have decided on your items, the store takes about a week to set-up. During that time, we also design your flyer.

We already have a design, can we use it?

Of course! If you have the original graphic file, that is best, but send us what you have and we’ll make it shine!!

How do we create our design?

During our first conversation we discuss your school colors, mascot and look you want. We come up with designs and send them via email to you for evaluation. The first revision is free. Additional changes will be charged in 1/2 hour increments.

How do we choose the garments?

Most sales include a basic t-shirt and sweatshirt. If you are looking for other items, we have an online catalog or we can send a catalog to your school.

What items do you have? Can we sell items that are not wearables?

We have access to many items that are not wearables, such as cups and backbacks. Let us know what you want to offer and we can get it done.

How is our profit determined?

We will price the items based on your design and the garment. We will recommend a suggested sale price based on our experience. Your profit is the difference between them.

How do we promote our sale?

We design and send you flyer artwork. You can copy as many as you like to send home with your students. This flyer will have images, pricing, sale dates and website information.

How does the parent know they are ordering the right size?

We strongly suggest that you order a size kit for your school. We will send one of every item in every size when we send your printed display sample. There is a nominal deposit charged for the kit. It is fully refundable at the end of the sale, if returned in original condition. Or you may keep it for upcoming sales.

How do we know shirts and graphic will be the best quality?

We have had some bad experiences
We have 35 years for experience printing and embroidering quality garments, but we want you to be confident, so we will send a printed sample to put on display in your office

What cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We can also accept PayPal.

What about parents that don’t have a credit card? Can they still place an order?

Yes, you can take their order and forward to us via email. You collect the payment from them.

Once the ordering is complete, when do we receive our order?

Orders ship within 2 weeks. Email us at: orders@spiritwearez.com for questions or problems with your order.

How does our order come to us?

Your order is shipped by FedEx ground. Each order is folded and bagged with the student’s and the teachers name clearly marked for easy distribution.

When do receive the profit check form our sale?

Just let us know when your orders are distributed and everything is satisfactory. Your check will be mailed within a week
